Pre-order Terms & Conditions
Welcome to The Hobby Buddies! We are excited to help you secure the most highly anticipated items for your collection. To ensure a smooth process for everyone, please review our pre-order policies below before placing your reservation.
1. Securing Your Item
All pre-orders are fulfilled strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing a pre-order secures your spot in line for the product.
2. Deposits and Cancellations
When you place a pre-order, the initial pre-order amount (deposit) is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel or back out after placing your pre-order, you will forfeit this deposit. Please be certain of your purchase before checking out!
3. Estimated Arrival Dates and Delays
We know how exciting it is to wait for a new release! However, please note that all product arrival dates are estimates. Release and delivery dates may change due to circumstances entirely beyond our control, including manufacturer delays, importer holdups, customs processing, or shipping disruptions. We appreciate your patience if these unexpected delays occur.
4. Final Payment and Claiming Your Pre-Order
Once your reserved product arrives at our store, we will notify you right away!
You will then have a specified timeframe (e.g., 2 days) to pay the remaining balance.
Important: If the remaining balance is not paid within this specified time, your reservation will be cancelled, and the item will be offered to the next customer in line. If this happens, your initial pre-order amount will not be refunded.
5. Unfulfilled Pre-Orders
While we do everything in our power to fulfill every order, allocations can sometimes be cut short by suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to limited stock, the full pre-order amount will be refunded directly to your original payment method.
