Refund & Return Policy

At The Hobby Buddies, we understand how important condition and authenticity are for collectors. We ensure every product is carefully inspected before shipping.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition (major damage only)

  • Missing items in the order

πŸ“Œ Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of collectibles, we do NOT accept returns for:

  • Minor card bends or soft corners (unless stated otherwise)

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Replacement

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (based on stock availability).

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover return shipping.

  • Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

6. Important Note for Collectors

We aim to be fully transparent. Any noticeable defects (if present) will always be mentioned in the product listing to avoid surprises.
